  3. Can my colleagues and I get a corporate membership?

    Yes. If six of you, or more, join Oxygym, you will be offered a special corporate rate at a reduced price. We also offer discounts for those employed in the Fire, Ambulance, Police and all other 999 services as well as those employed in the education services.

  4. Are there any costs after joining Oxygym?

    No there are no other hidden costs, we do not believe in charging a joining fee, an administration fee, an induction fee or any other fee. There are some extras to your membership you may wish to consider including Personal Training or use of the Vertical Tanning units.

  5. Do you have any special offers?

    We do run seasonal special offers subject to availability.

  6. Can I bring a guest to Oxygym?

    As a member you have an exclusive right to bring a guest into the club. The basis of this is to allow them to sample Oxygym with a potential to join. Your guest is required to fill in a special form at reception that allows them three consecutive days admission to the club. As your guest, you are responsible for them, please refer to terms and conditions for details.

  7. What is the minimum age required to become a member?

    For a person to join independently they must be of the age of 16 years. A child as young as 14 years can join provided a parent or adult guardian is a member of Oxygym and accompanies them at all times. See terms and conditions for details.

  9. Am I obligated to a long-term contract??

    All contracts are for a minimum of 12 months.

  10. Am I able to freeze my membership?

    Memberships may be frozen in the event of pregnancy, ill health or serious injury. We will require notification in writing to explain this. They will resume by agreement as soon as possible.

  11. How can I cancel my membership?

    All members are contractually obligated to complete their 12 months before cancelling their membership. For full details see terms and conditions.
