Your personal Trainer will ensure that you get 100% attention for 100% of the time, thus maximising your tie in the most efficient and focused way. Working with a personal trainer can be great fun and a trusting and rewarding experience.

It is not a question of your ability, an absolute beginner to the seasoned trainer can all benefit from the attention of a Personal Trainer. Perhaps you need motivating and encouraging or support to reach your goals; maybe you have reached a sticking point or have reached a plateau with your weight loss or strength gains. If you need that extra support, the Personal Trainers are for you.

Our Personal Trainers will explain, in detail, how to plan your training, nutrition and weight loss plans. They will help you with fitness testing and establish realistic achievable milestones on the road to helping you achieve your goals. Our Personal Trainers will also give you honest and frank feedback on you progress. They will also help re-establish your programme should that be required.
